Study: Poor Sleep Habits Can Impact Children's Learning

Parents who let their kids stay up late on school nights aren't doing them any favors.  A new British study shows getting to bed late or not having a consistent bedtime routine can affect how well a child learns.  Researchers at University College London found that children without a regular bedtime scored lower on tests in reading and math.  The researchers think a lack of sleep may disrupt natural body rhythms in youngsters and affect how well their brains can learn new information.
